SAN JOSE, Calif. - March 1, 2012 - Las Vegas comes to San Jose for one gala and glitzy night, as the second annual * Laugh * Sing * Dance * Care show at the San Jose Improv once again features the incomparable performance by the "Official Number One Cher Impersonator Of All Northern California" - Sasha Stephane - and her troupe.
In addition to bringing all the glamor and fun of a live Cher performance to the fund-raiser supporting the PACE clinic, Sasha's troupe portrays Tina Turner, Marilyn Monroe and Celine Dion, with the back-up dancers, music, make-up and costumes that create the magical effect.
Sasha has performed with Yara Sofia, Raven, Mimi Imfurst from RuPaul's Drag Race, and with Mimi's band, XELLE. Her act has been enjoyed throughout Northern California as well as in Hollywood, Portland, and Reno. She has her own show at The Napa Valley Wineries, with her girls, Jackie, Dannie and Fey. She and her show have been featured on KOFY-TV, and she will soon be performing in several Atlantic City casinos.
The comedy portion of the evening will be headlined by Natasha Leggero, regular on E!’s top-rated show “Chelsea Lately.”
Laugh * Sing * Dance * Care is the second annual fundraiser for the Ira Greene PACE Clinic (Partners in AIDS Care & Education) on Tuesday, March 6, at 7:30 p.m. at the San Jose Improv.

“HIV/AIDS is no laughing matter, but we found last year that we were offering people a chance to enjoy a great evening of entertainment in downtown San Jose, while raising money to support our HIV/AIDS education and outreach campaign,” Dickinson said. “The PACE Clinic relies on government funding and grants, and we often wish we had more money left for education, which is becoming more critical as the need for HIV/AIDS services in our community grows.”
Advance ticket purchase is recommended. Please call 408-280-7475 or visit www.improv.com to purchase tickets.
